Terms

These terms apply to every order placed on rootnsky.com/shop with Root & Sky. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and payment

• All orders are prepaid, either at checkout through Razorpay or by the UPI payment link we send on WhatsApp after you place the order. We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders not paid within 24 hours are cancelled and their stock released.
• An order is accepted when you see the confirmation page and receive the confirmation message. Until then we may decline an order, for example when stock ran out between your adding it and paying.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
• You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Plants are living things

• Sizes are the pot diameter and the approximate height at dispatch. Leaf count, shape and colour vary from plant to plant.
• Photographs show a typical plant, not the exact plant you receive.
• Flowering plants are supplied budding or in flower depending on the season and may not be in flower on the day of delivery.
• Some plants are harmful to pets or people if eaten. Each product page says whether it is safe for pets. Keep plants away from children and animals when in doubt.

Delivery

We deliver in Bengaluru and the Chandigarh tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur), to the pincodes accepted at checkout, on the date shown at checkout. Our delivery page has the details. Delays caused by weather, strikes or events outside our control are not compensated, though we will always tell you and reschedule.

Quotations and bulk orders

Quotations are valid for the period printed on them and are subject to stock. Bulk and corporate orders are governed by the terms on their quotation where those differ from these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
