Before you approve a quote
The listed scope is approximately 20–22 ft × 5–7 ft. For a smaller or larger balcony, we agree the layout, quantities and price after seeing your space.
Bloom and Canopy include deck mat and artificial grass for an agreed area. Coverage and any price adjustment are confirmed before installation. Structural work is outside these packages.
Transport depends on the distance from our warehouse and may be free nearby. Share your location and building access so your final quote includes the relevant arrangements.
Available plants can be swapped at the same price. Extra plants, upgraded items and indoor planting are separately quoted and added with your approval.

For Bloom and Canopy, we confirm the area of deck mat and artificial grass you want covered. Quantities and any price adjustment are agreed before work begins. Seed excludes these finishes.

The Garden Builder sends an enquiry for your chosen package. We then discuss your space and confirm the final scope and quote before installation.
