How plants travel

Each plant is checked and watered on the morning of delivery and packed upright in a carton with the pot wrapped so the soil stays in. Large plants travel unboxed with the pot bagged. Please have someone at the address to receive them; plants should not wait outside in the sun.

If nobody is home

Our rider will call you. If we cannot reach you, we bring the plants back and try again the next day at no charge. A second failed attempt is treated as a cancellation after dispatch under our refund policy.

Bulk and corporate orders

Large orders, offices and events are scheduled separately. Send the details through the bulk order form and we will confirm a date.
